The evolving field of ICT cultural heritage applications has produced in recent years a wide range of applications for prehistoric and educational research, public interpretation, and marketing and management of cultural heritage sites. A primary focus of the activities of CEPAP is to identify, to develop and to evaluate practical applications and actions that address the existing challenges to effectively and efficiently integrate basic and applied research in archaeology and heritage and information and communication technology.
